Under the instructions of my client, [Your Name/Client Name], Resident of [Your Address], I hereby serve you with the following legal notice:
- That my client entered into a transaction/agreement with you on [Date] regarding [Brief Details of Deal, e.g., Sale of Goods or Renting of Property].
- That as per the agreement, you were liable to pay a sum of Rs. [Amount] to my client by [Due Date].
- That despite repeated requests, reminders, and personal visits by my client, you have failed to clear the outstanding dues/vacate the property.
